Set-up: Partner sub-domain

Use this when a partner needs isolated Google Workspace collaboration (e.g. air-gapped or heightened security), keyed to their partner codename from Codenaming.

Subdomain and accounts​

  • Create a partner sub-domain using the codename: <code_name>.a2i.network
  • Provision Workspace users as needed, e.g. team@<code_name>.a2i.network

Shared Drive​

Partner-facing drives follow org naming and theming in Set-up: Shared drive: Allied <> {partner_codename} (not the partner’s legal name).
