Share Meeting Notes

This guide explains how to move meeting notes into a shared drive using the Add to Liminal Google Workspace add-on. Liminal is our internal research and intelligence tool.

Install the add-on

  1. Go to the Add to Liminal listing.
  2. Install the add-on.
  3. Grant all permissions the add-on requests.

Add meeting notes to the shared drive

Open the meeting notes document in Google Docs, then open the add-on via Extensions > Add to Liminal. Google saves meeting notes to My Drive > Meeting Recordings by default. Meeting notes are stored in the Liminal meeting notes folder.

Temporary workaround for Gemini-generated documents

There is a known bug affecting documents generated with Gemini. Until this is resolved, you will need to copy the document URL from your browser and paste it into the add-on when prompted. This is a temporary workaround — once the bug is fixed, adding notes will return to a single-click action.
