Set Up Your Email Signature

This guide explains how to generate a branded email signature and install it in Gmail.

Generate your signature​

Go to the Allied email signature generator, fill in your details, and download the HTML file.

Install in Gmail​

  1. Open the downloaded HTML file in your browser.
  2. Press Cmd + A to select all, then Cmd + C to copy.
  3. In Gmail, click the cog icon and select See all settings.
  4. Scroll to the Signature section and click Create new.
  5. Click into the signature editor and press Cmd + V to paste.
  6. Save your settings.
